My best advice as a personal trainer and someone who has dieted all my life is to cut down on your carbohydrates. I know that when i do this, the first place to reduce is my stomach area. I'm not saying to cut the carbs out though, especially if you are active and working out. Just try to take in more complex carbohydrates (from fruits and vegetables) and less refined carbs (pasta, rice, bagels, sugar). As for the workouts, you want to be doing cardio 2-3 times per week making sure that you are not OVERWORKING yourself. If your heart rate gets too high, you will burn primarily carbs and not FAT. you want to burn FAT. on the alternate days, you need to do some quality weight training which will boost your metabolism.
Good luck to you!

thank you for the advice, i hope i can avoid carbo specially rice,you see its always on our menu cause its our main food here. Plus the fact that i can't stand not to eat rice it affects my mood, you know i get mad easily i feel like its im not full when its not rice. I think i have to really focus on it.. i have to discipline myself..

I'd suggest 2 simple and most efficient things to do as a start-
Walk for an hour after eating;
Yoga for an hour twice per week;
These two exercise won't reduce your tummy directly but they will improve the whole body in genearl. If you do it for one month, you'll feel your body is much less heavy. But don't stop there. After one month's walking and yoga, your body must be ready for some further exercises. It's a good time to start weigh lifting-- that's the best way to burn fat.

Well, there isn't really a BEST exercise but i think a good one is not situps, crunches or anything of that matter...
cardio will be good because in order to have a flat tummy you have to shed all the fat off it.
try eating healthier...no sugar,candy, junk food..drink only water!
do this n u will see results!!:)
have any other questions just ask.
