NetCash bux launches today?

On Netcashbux's homepage, it says that payout is $2. Does it mean that if I have $2 in my balance, I can cash out now? I'm starting to play safe. Have you guys been clicking there?

yes i was join in that site but there was only 4 websites i don't when i will reach to minimum payout of 2 dollars it very difficult to reach minimum payout of 2.

I only get 6 links at this site. Not too good but not too bad either. With my premium membership, I hope I can reach payout within a month or so. Hopefully it pays. Will see.
