No way!As im tired of taking rice for the past 22 years for both lunch and dinner,I do not want to make my breakfast too as rice. That will spoil my gourmet.I prefer some south Indian dishes for my breakfast(Like Dosai).Has anyone else from India tasted Dosai??Did you like that dish?

I do but on weekends I don't have it for breakfast. I have bread instead on weekends. I don't know why but I prefer bread during weekends and I really don't feel liek eating rice for breakfast.

Hi friend,
I also eat rice for breakfast. With rice i mix some curd to eat.It tastes yummy.
Ofcourse they are some people who don't know about this.It is common.Once if you habit him, then he will not leave it for ever.
Have a nice day.

Rice for breakfast?? Won't that be too full?? hehe =D I will never have rice for breakfast because it's too heavy, and my body has not really warmed up after a night of sleep, and though i'm hungry, but rice is definitely too much, i will rather have cereals or just bread ^_^
But for brunch, i will have rice for sure because it's already in the afternoon, and i will be eating mainly as lunch and not breakfast ^_^ hehe

Rice is the staple food in my country too. But we have it directly for lunch and if prefered for dinner. Other than that we prepare food items with rice flour like rice cakes/dosas for breakfast. I like to have breads or cereals for my breakfast.

hi i am still in the philippines and my breakfast will not just be complete without rice in it..it feels like i have no breakfast at all if rice is not served in the morning..it just gives me so much energy the whole day and i do not even get hungry by lunchtime.

hello rainmark,
like you I am used to eat rice for breakfast when I was in the Philippines. I still miss that but when I migrated here, I learn to eat other things during breakfast, sometimes I escape breakfast and do the brunch because I still love to eat rice and fried fish during breakfast and they are not doing that here. At times i am doing that when I am alone, have scrambled eggs with fried rice.

I'll only eat rice for breakfast if I have sushi rice left over from the night before. Of course it's sushi for breakfast. Usually cucumber rolls.
Breakfast is usually cucumbers, tomatoes, fruit, bread and cheese.

I'm Indonesian and I always have my breakfast with rice. But someday it will be noddles or rice noddles. I must eat rice in my breakfast time, so it will give me an energy to do my daily activity. With full stomach, I can think and work more easily.
keep post
Happy myLotting...
