does it make any difference if the senior criketers are not in indian team

hi friends give me your opinion about the absent of senior criketer in indian team.i think in indian criket team as per current position their are lots of young cricketers like suresh reaina, virat kohali and lot of others they had prove their efficiency in ipl and also at asia cup and also at srilanka , and at other side senior criketers are facing always with fitness problem and in sports main thing is fitness, so if they have problem with thair fitness then i think they should get retired and give a chance to the younger criketers.what did you think guys am i ri8 or not? plz reply me?
