Do you believe in ghosts?

My sister has a friend you says she can see ghosts.. at first I don't believe her, but then she said our house is filled with ghosts. I got scared and I don't know whether I should believe her or not cause our house is really old and I somewhat believe that what she is saying is true. Although, I haven't actually seen one yet. I don't want to see one. She said that they are good ghosts so we don't have to worry. By the way, our house is over a 100 years old.
