Here i would really like to learn what experiences everyone on here has had with lucid dreaming. Lucid dreaming is a state when you are asleep and dreaming but know you are dreaming and can control what happens. I saw a movie called ''Waking Life'' a few years ago which was set in a lucid dream which was the first i had heard of it. I highly recommend the movie (although be prepared to be confused) I would really like to experience the state more often an would like any tips or pointers anyone might have. Also please let me in on your thoughts about the benefits or problems with this dream state if you have any.

Its scary coz its hard to wake up, it usually happens to me when my body temperature drops, try sleeping in an airconditioned room and you might experience it but i don't guarantee that it happens to everybody. It also happens when I sleep around 10am to noon coz its hot and you'll sweat. During the experience you'll have REM or rapid eye movement and its hard to control and like i said its hard to wake up...
