I have heard before that drinking coffee regularly is not good for you cause it has caffeine in it and caffeine is not healthy. I would like to start drinking coffee cause I want to active in school so that I won't get sleepy, I would like to know whether drinking coffee is really not healthy. Is this rumor true?
Do you drink coffee? so far, what have you observed?

Studies seem to be showing that coffee is generally good for you.It prevents some diseases, but I don't remember what they are. It's just important to not overdo it on drinking coffee. It may prevent some issues, but too much caffeine is still not good for you.

I cannot drink coffee as it has an adverse effect on my heartbeat. I guess it is the caffeine. I know it is addictive as I know people who can't live without coffee. I have observed a few people who've gotten stomach cancer and they all drank coffee regularly. I'm not a medical doctor or anything so I can't say there is a relationship there though. It's just something I've noticed.
