I have heard before that drinking coffee regularly is not good for you cause it has caffeine in it and caffeine is not healthy. I would like to start drinking coffee cause I want to active in school so that I won't get sleepy, I would like to know whether drinking coffee is really not healthy. Is this rumor true? Do you drink coffee? so far, what have you observed?

Studies seem to be showing that coffee is generally good for you.It prevents some diseases, but I don't remember what they are. It's just important to not overdo it on drinking coffee. It may prevent some issues, but too much caffeine is still not good for you.

Yes, infact I have written a lot about it in different media and sites that coffee is not all that bad as some of them have made it out. The fact is coffee has some positive effects on hear provided used within limit.

Nothing like that, if you drink coffee within limit say three to four cups a day there is nothing to worry. This even makes some good effects on your heart if you are well with in control, as every thing in excess is bad so is coffee.

I cannot drink coffee as it has an adverse effect on my heartbeat. I guess it is the caffeine. I know it is addictive as I know people who can't live without coffee. I have observed a few people who've gotten stomach cancer and they all drank coffee regularly. I'm not a medical doctor or anything so I can't say there is a relationship there though. It's just something I've noticed.
