What are the signs that you are in love with someone? How did you know that you were in love with the person you're with? How do you distinguish between love and lust? What about the difference between love and infatuation?

In fact, I have ever loved a girl who is in the same class with me. At that time ,we did the chemical experiment together ,and time and again I can feel the special emotion towards her which I define it as love .She was so charming ,so tender,I can do anything for her and she also showed some affectation .Whenever I am with her , I always feel wonderful, happy. But for some reason we are separated. How sad it is!

That is a huge bunch of questions, and there are no easy answers, I think! One way that I knew I was really in love with my fiance is that even after a year had passed, I still trusted him completely and he had never done anything to hurt me. I think infatuation is when you are just starting to like someone and getting to know them, but mostly it is just a surface feeling. You don't know them deep down yet, so infatuation needs more time to deepen and develop. Lust for me just means that you are so sexually attracted to them that it's all you can think about. Instead of actually spending time with them and getting to know them and care about their thoughts, you just want them physically. Love is a deeper, more significant feeling that reaches deep down and changes your life in major ways. Sometimes I feel that only time can really test love, but if the trust and the communication and the deep connections are still there after time has passed, you have something real.
