Prolonged sitting can lead to blood clots in the legs which can move to the heart. It also can lead to bad posture and other problems. We simply were not designed to sit for such a long time. You should make an effort to get up, stretch, and walk around, about every half an hour..

Don't sit your life away. Get up, do some exercise. Do some dancing. You'll be happier and healthier,

i hate dancing
maybe singing but not too much
dunno sometimes if i was in front of computer
sometimes i was forget my time
