Can you tell me what is more effective when working out to loose weight, I'm not so worried about toning up right now just loosing weight, would I loose it faster to do Cardio (tredmill, bike, etc...) or aerobic classes, and how long each day would be bennificial enough?

The best way to lose weight is a combination of good cardio and weight training. Cardio would also include your aerobics classes, along with using the treadmill, bike, or elliptical. Weight training is VERY important to weight lose because the more muscle mass you build, the more calories you will burn while you are NOT exercising and even sleeping!
About 4 years ago I lost almost 100 lbs. The way I did it was a combination of cardio and weight training. For cardio I ran twice a day, and also swam. Now I'm not saying you have to run twice a day, but if you do a good 45-60 minutes of cardio 5 times a week and 2-3 days of weight training you will be on a good track!
GOOD LUCK!!
