Do you tell all your business to your friends? Is myLot a place for release?

Nope im a very private person and i never tell anything to personal weather im on the net or talking to my friends in my real life and everything is so permanent here so what you say here is forever so i try not to post anything that i wouldnt want the world to know same with my friends.

I tell some things sometimes, but it depends on what mood I'm in. I feel mylot is a great place to discuss and get really good feedback!

Yes I do, I am very open, honest and upfront and if I have a problem in my life I will come to Mylot, to me Mylot is like therapy, my own personal counselor, I have made wonderful friends here and they have supported me, offered me practical advice. When I went through a very bad relationship last year I told them everything! I laid out my troubles and didn't spare a thing, some might think I am mad! But at the end of the day I got some great answers for being honest and open and I was able to use the advice to good use. Sometimes it's easier to talk to strangers and people behind a computer screen than it is your nearest and dearest or friends face to face. I have always been judged in life so getting judged on Mylot ain't no different, I guess you have heard it all. I needed the release and I needed a place where I could pour my heart and soul out, Mylot was there and Mylot helped through a nasty part of my life so I have no problem telling my business to friends on Mylot, and strangers too for that matter

I don't tell all here, there are some things that I won't talk about period, no matter who is listening. But for the most part I do see MyLot as a place to vent. I guess its because of the anonymity you have here. Like you said, no one really knows who you are here, only what you post, so if someone were to judge what you said on here, it doesn't really matter because they don't know the steps that you've walked to get to this point in your life.

I agree, I can say whatever I like here and I dont have to worry about what others think. If someone judges you, who cares? I pretty much have shared my life story here at one time or another without any negative feedback. I do have a few friends that I can talk to and not be judged as they are closer to me then most sisters are and I know most of their secrets too. Hugs, Tianna

I do not think I have the capacity to tell all, to anyone, except maybe my husband. I am closer there than anywhere. I am pretty free with some things here, but not everything. In the past when I have said some things and stated some facts there have been people who flat out said I was lying. I am not going to fight, so I just keep stuff to myself.

Walk..I say some things here cause my family wouldn't want to hear about past things and who here cares..lol..half the time no one believes me anyway ..now sadly there are some here that can't take jokes to liven up when someone needs it..if i don't feel good i like to laugh to take my mind off but all it takes is someone to blow it and call you names to make the stress come back ten fold... I know alot of people but sadly i wouldn't trust half of them..they think cause i have a store i'm rolling in dough..no thats the store down the block making pizza's..lol.. huggs
