The best dogs for their ferocity have to be the ancient Asian breeds such as the Akita, Chow Chow and Shar Pei. They have literally been bred for thousands of years to guard and protect their masters and property. One of my personal favorites has to be the Rhodesian Ridgeback. These dogs have been bred in Africa with the sole purpose of helping hunt lions. They will actually take one on, face to face, and back it into a corner or become physical with it themselves. Then, orfcourse, there are the Bull terriers. I like to think of them as more tenacious than ferocious and they had to be back in the days when they were used to control bulls. Any dog, though, that has a history of being used as a guard or partner in hunting has that ferociousness built into them, from the biggest Mastiff to the smallest Jack Russell.

I think any dog has it in them to be viscious however its mostly down to the owner if they treat it to behave right mostly they will. You train it to attack and it will
