to drive n talk or not

i dont have my drivers lience but either way if you are driving and are carelessly chating on cell phone and i see you i will roll down my window just to heckle you if your behind the wheel please for the safety for all of us america stay off you cells while driving or at least pull over other wise cell phones are cool to have in case of an emergency or something and if i see someone texting while drivin i go insane

When I had a cell phone, I'd text if there wasn't a lot of traffic. I always have a hands-free headset in the car just in case someone called while I was driving but most of the time I didn't answer the phone at all. If it rang and someone else was in the car with me, I'd ask them to answer it and to let the caller know that I'm driving and I'll call them later. That's as far as I'd go.
