I'm wondering if anyone has a recipe for a sauce or salsa to use with chicken breasts? I like to quickly brown breasts in frying pan using vegetable oil, then cook in the oven for about 12 minutes each side. Often i make salsa to have with the sliced breasts & salad, because i don't like most dressings I thought mylotters could give me ideas for something different?....cheers!!
