Do you like your School/College Text books??

There has been a lot of discussion about all these wonderful books by all the different wonderful authors but do you like your school/college text books???
I for one am not a great fan of my text books, I sometimes use them as sleeping pills if I am not feeling sleepy. LOL
What do you think of your text books???

It all depends on the professors. Of all the years I spent in college, I found only 2 professors who actually recommend good books and have good material for classes. The majority are just using standard texts or either their taste are different from mine or I'm just easily bored by others.

im not really fond of books at all. there are selected few books which i like to read and i dont usually repeat the books i've read. anyway, with regards to textbooks, i don't you have much of a choice. whether you like it or not, you're bound to read it for reference and for grades. :)

Most of my college textbooks have been pretty awesome. The only textbooks that I have ever complained about are my math and science books, but then again, I have never been very good at math and science.
