No, i haven't denied any friend request before. I always accept them but i do check on their profile before i accept of course, So i would know whether my new friend is a male or female and from what country she came from.

I have never denied a request to be a friend. I think it's a compliment for someone to ask to be on my friend's list. I still have friends on the list who are no longer members of myLot. I doubt there is a limit to how many pages we can have so the list has remained the same since I initially joined.

I have never denied a friend request yet. I love meeting new people and love all of the different discussions that people come up with on here. So, I accept all requests that I get. Also, if I come across a really interesting discussion from someone, I will send them a friend request also.

I am pleased when anyone asks to be my friend, because it means that someone likes me enough to request my friendship and that makes me feel good, I hardly ever deny a friendship, but I will always check out the persons profile first, then I will accept, only a few times I have declined because the person hadn't entered anything about themselves and hadn't bothered with their profile, so I think are they going to spam me as soon as I accept. I do not accept Spam. But I am happy to have lots of friends from all around the world, it's great being able to talk to different people and learn new things. Thank you for your friendship, accepted ;0)

I always check the person's profile first. If I see that there are no discussions and responses yet or if I see from their interests and posts that we have nothing in common, I will usually refuse the request. It seems to me that the reason for having friends is because of shared interests not simply to have a bigger list than anyone else.
In real life it is well documented that 200 people is about the largest number that any one person can have a nodding acquaintance with. This order of value crops up time and time again when studying social groups. Those that one can count as real friends amount to probably less than 20.

In the 2 yrs I've been here I have denied many friend requests..I dont need everyone and their mother on my friends list..especially if a person requesting has no similar interests as me etc..

No I never deny any one request here and I am also so eaget to make friend requests. I have a plan of adding atleast 4 friends here everyday and thats keep going too. so i believe in making friends, thou its not easy to make discussion or response or money but you can always make friendship here.

Only just started on here but all the people who have added me so far I have accepted. It is the perfect way of finding out more about people and helps mylots community grow.

I have never rejected a request to date and don't think I ever will. I have deleted the occasional person from my friend's list at a later date once in a while though. Every now and then I go through my list and if there is someone on there that I have had absolutely no interaction with whatsoever I may delete them; but even this I have only done maybe once or twice as well in the two or so years I have been a member.

I have denied many friend requests. When someone requests my friendship I go to their
profile page and check out how long they have been a member and how active they have
been and how old they are and from what country and how many friends they have on
their list already. I don't want to be friends with someone who has hundreds of friends
already on their list because there is no way they would have all those notify buttons
on and so they wouldn't be loyal to me by replying to my discussions, the way I am to
my friends.
Then I check out their discussions they started and make sure I can respond to some of
them. I don't want to be friends with someone I don't have anything in common with
because I wouldn't be able to help them by responding to their discussions so what
would be the purpose of being friends.
So I do check out people before I decide whether to accept or deny their friendship.
Alrighty then, talk to you later my friend,
Have a good mylotting day, Chris

I always am checking the profile and am looking to see if they are talking in discussions that are interesting for me. And you can tell much about person by reading his discussions and his comments. So far I have always aproved, but if I really don't like what i read in those discussions, there is no meaning in approving.
