Am I sad for liking 70's music and fashions

I was in my teens during the 70's, and as sad as it is, I love those days, the music and the fashions. Platform shoes, flares, tank tops, glam rock, Abba, I could go on for ever. So am I sad, or are there some more closet 70's lovers out there.

Love the 70's. No way would I deny that I loved the platform shoes, hip huggers and bell bottoms. It was my time. Everybody has a nostalgic time. 70's was mine! Sounds like yours too.

Absolutely, 90% of my music collection is from 70's, and for music, frivolity, freedom, and discos, it cannot be beaten.

But everyone loves the 70's, More new music released than any other decade and the same applied to clothes and styling. I am going to see a young (all under 25) rock band playing a the Isle of Wight festival here in the Uk in a few weeks and the lead singer has a really authentic 70's look, so its not just an age, nostalgia thing. Problem is really authentic vintage clothes are all really small sizes. We have all expanded since the 70's, well most of us!

I was born in 1980 and am soooo intrigued by the previous decade. I have seem movies and old tv shows and have fallen in love with the style, the looks, the hair. I am a huge fan of so much music of the 70's too. And not just the typical Zeppelin or anything....I really like John Lennon solo, Blue Oyster Cult, The Hollies, I could go on forever!! What do you miss most sout the 70's?
