What would it take for you to sue?

Just wondering what it would take for you to sue a family member? I watch all kinds of Judge shows throughout the day and some of the cases make me go WHAT? But then some of them make perfect since. So I was just wondering what it would take for you to take a family member to court?

I think it would have to be something pretty big. I'm a big family person and I would hope something bad could be settled between actual family. However if the wrong doing was bad enough, something stole at a very high price range, or maybe someone drives a truck through my home then, and it couldn't be settled yeah I would take them to court but it would take something pretty bad.
