Tea was introduced in our country by the British in 40s and 50s. And since then it has shown great tides in terms of acceptance among people. Every where people consume tea - manners and style may be different. It has become the national drink in India and many other Asian countries as well. And so is the case with Coffee. It is popular through out the world. Although, from the sidelines there are hue and cry, specially by those having little medical knowledge, the exprots show +ive trend every year. Is drinking of tea and coffee bad for health? I would like opinion from every corner of the globe. Do Tea & Coffee provid B-complex suplimentation? What is the reality?

hello! Tea or coffee is not bed for our health.but excess of any thing is always bed.Tea has many health benefits. If you are cold, tea will warm you/If you are too heated,it will cool you.If you are depressed,it will cheer you and if you are excited, it will calm you.Research has shown that antioxidants found in tea can help in reducing cardiovascular diseases, prevent cancer and improveimmune system. It may also reduce the risk of gastric if one consumes four to six cups daily. It can also lower the LDL in our blood.Studies have also revealed that consumption of tea relieve you of stress.Sipping tea slowly and reverently can alleviate tension. So also two to three cups of coffee can cut the risk of dying from c heart diseases by 431 % and can lower the risk of colon cancer.I drnk green tea three to four cups and two cups of coffee daily.thanx.

My understaning is that drinking too much coffee is not good for health. It increases the blood pressure. Tea is good for health, especially green tea. In fact, I am an addict of both coffee and tea ! LOL !

There are good and bad to both. Both have antioxidant properties which is good. It depends where you are on the caffeine fence for most of the bad. As the saying goes, too much of a good thing can be bad. I drink both in moderation.
