Are you a member of a gym? if yes what is it? do you like it? After 1 year and a half working at home on my computer, i decided that I need to get out of the house some times so I join Bailey. Do you know Bailey. I like the equipment there. It is so close to my house - Just 2 blocks away- I can walk to the gym get about an hr of excercise each day and walk home. When you work at home you need to pay attention to your physical fitness.

The gym is my second home! I go there 5 times a week, I am a keen bodybuilder as well wanting to be healthy and lose weight. I suffer with depression, or used to until I went to the gym, it's a wonderful way of beating depression, it also helps me mentally and physically, I get my own personal trainer as well to help me, guide me and to teach me how to use the machines properly and how to bulk up or tone up the muscles. Having a good diet is also important. I have two gyms which are close to me so I will walk to them. I pay a monthly membership and I well and truly get my money's worth going 5 times. I do lots of running and cycling too, it does get addictive too but I love it!

I do cycling and body toning. I want to get rid of that fat belly of mine and loose some weight. Ever since I work at home on my own business I put 20 lbs. It best to work with a trainer don't you agree? I went to Bailey and a sale talk me into buying a 3 years membership. It does save a lot of money. i already paid for it so now all I have to do is to get my lazy but out of the house to the gym. So far so good. I've been doing it regularly on schedule: 4pm each day. I think I will hang on to this. I am happy to hear that gym help you out from depression. My mother sufferred depression so I know how hard it is for you and for your loved ones. Keep it up my friend

The belly is the hardest to burn fat from, but lots of cv and cycling will help but you have to be patient, I tend to get impatient but I managed to lose 11lbs and my clothes are looser on me. I wish you every success, you can do it and well done for joining that is the first barrier you have passed! Enjoy!

I work out at 24 Hour Fitness. It's great, I love how everybody there is hardcore when it comes to working out. I have been lifting for a little over a year and I'm lovin' it.
