I just want to know who has tattoos, or is thinking about getting one. If you have one share with us what it is and what it represents (if anything). If you're getting one share the same thing. I have 2 myself.
One is a ying yang that's half fire, half water with flames as wings. The reason I got this one is because I strongly believe in the ying yang. Evil can't exist without good, and good can't exist without evil. Both sides make the world go around and work. The water is because it represents something that is good, it helps the people in the world exist. The fire is because It provides heat, it also represents the evil aspect of the world, the wars and poverty, etc.
The other is a ladybug. Ladybug's bring luck (if it lands on you). They're also the only insect I like. They also represent freedom. They're free to fly away and escape when they please. Sometimes I wish I could do that. Just fly away and go somewhere else.

YAY! tattoos are VERY addicting. As Hobo knows I have plans for at least 2 more (she designed one for me).

I have one tattoo so far its on the right hand side of my lower back and its an ank which is an eygptian hierogylphic which represents immortality, fertility, and wealth. I got it because through my children I will live on forever... after I give birth...which will be any day now I plan to get my childrens names tattooed on me and have their names in blankets of appropriate colours being carried in by storks... I think its sweet and kind of original.

That's a good idea :) Congratulations on the pregnancy. I bet you can't wait to hold your little bundle(s) of joy. They grow up fast though.

I always wanted one, but since they are permanent I wanted it to mean something. So I waited. I finally got in foreign symbols "little girl" and Bailey in English at the top. That is my little girl and the only child I will ever have after a battle with cancer and having to have a hysterectomy 3 years ago. So I feel mine is really special. However I don't like to many and will not get another one. Although I will say I loved how mine felt. It is the low middle back.

Awe that's sweet :) When my little boy is older I want him to write his name for me and I want to get that as a tattoo. The name of your child is a great tattoo to have. Gives it a personal and unique look.
