how do you show your love to your love ones??

I'm not a showy type of person so I'm having a hard time show my real feelings to the one I love. How can you show your feelings without saying i love you? I care for my girlfriend, I care for my parents and I care for my sisters. I'm shy to say i love them and I'm shy to hug them. What are the things that I can do show them my feelings???

I'm not a loving, showy kinda person either but after a recent personal loss I have truly learnt how important it is to tell the ones we do love, how we love them.
You could try writing it down in a nice card with a really nice appropriate verse, there are some lovely ones in shops nowadays.
