I suggest you go to a mid-wife most mid-wife knows how to properly position the baby so that it would ease up your labor.

The health of your baby is most important. If your OB is concerned that moving the baby could hurt it, then don't move it. Have a c-section.
It really isn't that bad. It is more expensive, but if your baby goes into distress they will do a c-section anyway. I have been there and done that.
The c-section is not as bad as you may think. After leaving the hospital, I was able to manage the initial pain and be comfortable with the use of over the counter tylenol.

I was pretty much in the same situation when I was pregnant a few months ago. I was hoping to have my twins natural. It looked like I was going to be able to for awhile, but at the last second, one of them turned, and I had to have a C-section. It sucks, but sometimes there's nothing you can do about it.

The baby may still turn. There is still something you can do. I say walk more often especially in the morning. And also pray that you will have a normal delivery. I wish you all the best and a safe delivery for you and your baby.

You need a someone or midwife to help the baby to put in right position. If it's really hopeless to be in position, i advice don't take a risk, that's your life and baby's life. I know ceasarian is expensive i spent over 100,000.00 pesos(philippine money)$2,222)for 1 week, when i delivered my baby which is 9.2 pounds. Don't gamble your life. Do the right action as early. visit your midwife and monitor the baby position every month.

Been there. My doc tried to turn the baby manualy. That didn't work and it hurt like hell. Then I read that a chiropractor has ways of moving your bones and your pelvis to make more room for baby to turn so I tried that but it didn't work for me as he was full breech. Just know that God has his plan, maybe that you might not be able to deal with the pain during normal delivery or there could be problems during delivery or whatever the case. This has happened for a reason and if the baby is meant to turn on its own it will. I wouldn't have had it any other way than having a csec, it was the best thing for me and I know that you will do just fineand baby will be fine. Good Luck!

I haven't had to deal with this myself but I know there are ways to naturally try to get the baby to turn on it's own. Do what the last responder said and do a search on it. You still have a few weeks to get the baby turned into the right position. You might be able to get it turned easily since it is only semi-breech. If it was completely breech and fully engaged then there wouldn't be much you could you. Good Luck and keep us updated on how things go!

i've been in the same sitn as you are now two years ago. i gave birth via CS, it was really expensive though but i have no choice. if that's what destiny calls for go on with it. besides true joy will be with you after seeing your baby. hope this helped you out.

i don't think it's safe to choose a midwife for a "normal" birth. you're in your 35th week, there is a possibility that your baby will still turn in your womb. there is still time. you can't really decide not to have CS birth when you and your baby's life is in danger already because of the cost. begin planning your birth. choose an affordable hospital.

The midwife sounds like a good idea.
Good luck with that. I wanted to have all of my children naturally. My first was breech and was a c-section. Two more c-sections followed. There is a longer recovery time but the c-sections weren't as bad as I'd thought they would be.
