It is really a very tragic decission, that BARACK OBAMA -- the USA Presidential nominee has been putting forward his idea, to BAN all outsourcing, from USA .. to countries like CHINA, India, and the like. His idea is to curb the menace of un-employement of USA. But, the millions of employees in these countries, where the OUTSOURCING, BPO industry has already been flourishing, ----- would they not be dragged on to roads? Who will take care of these innocents, who will lose their jobs? Already, today, most INDIAN software companies, declared retrenchment of most new recruits. USA sure plays a lot on the economy of small countries.

Well i think, even if he does ....why should he care about other country people , i mean he cannot let his own countrymen unemployed for the sake of people from other countries as he`s the president of only USA and not India or china....its the government of these countries who should look for alternatives......although i believe even if he wants he cannot take outsourcing away from india , i mean labour is so cheap here...and if they took all the BPOs back the companies will start having loses , which certainly is not his idea

exactly.exactly. How properly presented. But, friend, are you really so sure about your belief, that none can really pull away the outsourcing from India? Does CHEAP LABOUR ---- really influence the companies to stay back?

yeah...i am quite sure about that...look at it this way....indian call centre employees are paid upto Rs20000.....whereas in US they are paid $3000-$4000 which is about Rs200000 per employee....so suppose there are 1 lakh employees in india ( and you know there are a lot more then that ) .....the total amout which will go as salary each year is..$533.3 miliion...and if they go back to US they pay $4.2 billion.....see they are losing in billions , which is a very big amount......and mind you this was the occured for losing only 1 lakh indian employees ....and that much are in one state only so you can calculate if they lose all indian employees the massiveness of the loss...

why should he care about other country people, i mean he cannot let his own countrymen unemployed for the sake of people from other countries Absolutely! I agree with that completely..and as much as helping other countries is a great idea and should be done as best as possible (when welcomed) doing it at the sacrifice of THIS country is WRONG IMO..
