What can you say about your job???

I hate my job! I'm a technical support representative to a telecom company. My job is to handle the calls from a customer who is having a problem with their internet connection. We are only allowed to handle that call for 15 minutes, meaning we have to troubleshoot and resolve the customer's issue within 15 minutes. Ninety nine percent of the callers were very irate customers. Just imagine doing a job that requires multi tasking. We have to listen to the customer, speak to the customer, explain to the customer, thinking for a resolution for trouble and finally were typing all that we are talking. I'm doing all these at the same time! No wonder why very few stays in this kind of job.

hey!borther!i admire you are so happy of your job!but my job is such bored that i want to give up sometimes.today one of my friends tell me that he will go to the Japan to work,which makes me think a lot whether my choice is right or else.now i don't know about it.i want to continue to try my best to do the best in order to succeed,but i am tired.there are lots of things need to deal with. i want to fly higher,but my family and relatives need to take care.i need some help of them.so,that is my work.in the end,hope everything will be fine.
