PDA season 2 Grand Star Dreamer: Laarni Lozada

I saw her when she won and indeed she was so emotional. I actually do not know the whole story about her winning. That was the first and the last time I watched that show. It just happened that I visited my niece and she was watching so I chanced upon that scene when the winners are being announced. Well, she is not that good looking but if she really sings well then that will help her stay in the limelight.

honestly? i do not think so..she does not have the appeal of a singer..plus her attitude problem is a negative impression to people...if there is someone who can stay longer in the limelight i am saying it would be van..im not saying van because he is my kababayan but because of his good looks...he can be an artista..and he is very marketable..hes got lots of fans...i have noticed this during their performances and when they guested in wowowee..people screams when van was called.

I honestly didnt expect her to win. I expected bugoy to be the winner and laarni as the second placer. But i think she has what it takes to become a star. That's probably the reason why she won and had more votes than bugoy, although she won by a mere 100,000 votes. She has a very powerful voice and her stage presence is strong. I was okay with the results of the winner and the second placer. What i was not okay with is miguel winning the third place. It should have been liezl.

From the very start I saw Laarni made her career on acting (like being hysterical and all) I knew she will have a chance on winning, we all know we love dramas and all and her story is very moving, if you have been watching a lot of reality shows, you should know by now that the more the drama the more viewing public votes for the person. Laarni's story of being a very emotional one to being a strong one is a typical Pinoy drama and we all empathize this kind of story. I do feel for her, specially the part where they were asked to put out all their angst in a boxing thingy, she really had it all out, you can see how hard her life has been, I had goosebumps watching her doing her angst releasing episode, and she said that was for all the people who discriminate her, you can how misunderstood she was. Another thing is she is a typical biritera, a favorite here in our country, we all like that kind of singing (maybe not all but it is very popular)and to all of them, I really like how Laarni perform, performance level every time she is on stage, she seems to transform into a performer, me and hubby would always joke about her having two kinds of personality. the performer and the lonely one. I am really happy for her and she deserves it.

I am a PDA2 fanatic,Laarni has a good voice no doubt about it,I don't like her style on singing.I hope she would stay in the limelight,from the start of PDA2 i've seen her for having an attitude problem.I was also disappointed with the result that Bugoy was not announce as the grand star dreamer,text votes really counts my friend.

yeah...for first 3 gala night liezel was my bet to become a grand star winner next to Bugoy but then as days goes by i found out that laarni was coming on top of all and she has really a good voice.I like the way she sing the song. She is indeed atypical biritira. Though everybody knows how she behave inside the house but still she emerged as winner. She did a good job...

Foremost, I'd want to congratulate you for coming up with an interesting topic which honestly, I felt that I just have to comment on this. As a matter of fact, I've had this similar discussion brewing inside my head since the culmination of the awards night of this Pinoy Dream Academy Season 2. No offense meant to you and to anyone who thinks like you; but on my own preferences, I definitely didn't expect that she'll emerge as the Grand Star Dreamer for this season. My personal bets were Liezl and Bugoy for first and second place winners. Frankly, when the show's hosts announced Bugoy as the second place winner, I immediately turned the television off. For one, my spouse was nudging me to turn it off because it was already late at night. And hearing the decision of texters, I was absolutely disappointed of the contest's outcome. I view Laarni as a singer who still has an attitude problem, even if some may say that she has improved inside the academy. I hope she makes good in the industry but deep in my heart, I really doubt it. I know others might not agree with me but let me just repeat it that this is my sole view of the event and outcome of the contest. Hello mareng red! I like the voice of Laarni..also, Bugoy and Liezel. They were my bet for top 3 scholar..but Liezel did not make it to belong to top 3 scholar..At first i dont like Laarni she has this attitude problem..actually its more on low self esteem and self confident..but with the series of activity with the resident pschologist Laarni improve her character..her fellow scholar understand her more..She was also a 5 straight probationary scholar..and is save every expulsion night..she was the only scholar who got 72% vote from the viewer..they were 3 probationary that week.. and she garner 72%!...the remaining 28% was shared by 2 probe scholar...knowing she ganer that score, i know Laarni will gonna make it to top..and i was right!
