Is Walk is Beneficiary

For the good health walk is the necessary, specially when we have sitting JOB. If we walk at least 45 to 60 minutes a day will be good for the health. I like to know which is the important and beneficiary walk time. Morning or Evening. I did it Evening but do the irregularity I start in Morning & also enjoy the Morning time, but main constraints is, not easy to wake up early morning. Looking your opinion.

Walking is definitely good for your health as it increases the LDL in your blood and boost metabolism.So physicians recommend regular physical activity like brisk walking for 45 to 60 minutes in the morning.Morning time exercise is better than evening exercise because in morning you will get the fresh air and vitamin D from the rising sun.But since you want to walk for walking sake because of the nature of your job does not permit you to walk around during office hours,you may opt for evening walk.But it will be better for you if you can adjust your time in the early morning hours.thanx.

I walk in the morning. When you exercise it gives you energy so I feel energized the whole day by walking in the morning. Also it is not as hot in the morning as in the evening.

Walking is one of the best things you can do for overall fitness and health. Walking helps to reduce blood pressure, cholesterol, relieves stress, boosts energy levels. It strengthens the heart and reduces any kind of heart diseases, YOu must walk for atleast an hour a day and walking in the morning times when it is cool and pleasant when there is lots of natural air coming is, is the best time for walking. Ofcourse evenings are also good times to walk, but then, morning is the best.
