Branded PC is good or Assembled..???

It is quite subjective. For those who knows nuts about PC, it is very different for them to assemble their own, even if they did, they will not know how to troubleshoot in the future. For those who knows about PC, it will be good to assemble their own as they know what they want for themselves and they can fine tune it. Another point is the support you can. You get better support from branded PC. Just a phone call and the engineers will be there to help you troubleshoot. For those who self assembled, you will have to depend on yourself. For me, I used Assembled PC as I am in the IT industry.

I choose branded PC though it is expensive, you don't need to worry for it's quality because the performance is good.
