If your Minister was a homosexual would you still attend mass ?

How would you feel if your Minister was a homosexual ? Would you still go to this church or would you look for another church ? What if there were not other churches in your area , would you simply quit attending mass or would you go anyway ? Would this bother you and why or why not ?

No I would not attend mass because he is a minister and because of what he is and if he was a real minister he wouldn't be that way because in the bible it says that is not acceptable . I have nothing agaist who people chose to be with but when it comes to something like this I would not be comfortable . I don't go to church all that often anyway so I wouldn't bother looking for another church .

no... I believe that a preacher should practice what he preach... if he is teaching about God and faith and religion, i think that first he has to learn about identity. He should know about this things, so that he can preach truthfully to other people... if the minister is like this... i don't think I will have faith on what he is saying...

I dont' believe in god so I dont' go to church but if i did go to church this would not bother me at all . I dont' judge others and dont' want others to judge me . If this is what makes him happy then it really shouldn't matter to anyone else either . The reason you would go to chruch would be becaue you believed in god and wanted to hear what god had to tell you and god wouldn't want you to judge anyone either .

No I would not go to any Church that I knew that Minister/Rev/Pastor/Priest was Gay it is against the bible and God. I would not be very comfortable with it at all.
How can they preach to me about what the Bible says if they do not respect it their self.

Nah this wouldn't bother me at all . I go to church to listen to what ahs to be said and dont' care who my minister shares his life with . I would never change my church because of who my minister was with . All this is beign said with the fact taht I attended church . I don't normally go but if i did it would not bother me at all .

You mean if the vicar were gay?lord,gay vicars dont bear thinking about,but it would make no odds to me one bit,if the vicar is gay hes gay and there aint much thats going to change it,so we would have to just get used to it and be done with it,theres worse things happen at sea than having a gay vicar,Course id still go to the church

No i would not agree to this at all . I don't believe that if he is going to try and teach me about religion that he has the right to not do what he is preaching and in the bible it says that you should not do this . I would have to look for another church and hopefull I could find one because I don't know what i would do if I couldn't find another church cause I wouldn't go to the one he was in .

Well if he was gay then that is more than ok with me. But then alot of them are already... they just like the boys younger than they are, ALOT younger. Seems like there is nothing wrong with that by what some are saying here, but they are saying it's against God if he were gay.
Let's think about that.
So God says it's NOT ok to be gay. Fair enough, but I don't know where he said that in the bible.
God does NOT say it's not ok for grown men in the church to 'play' with little boys. But hey as long as he aint gay right?
I went to church, many many times. They threw me out when I became an unwed mother. I never went back & am far more happier for it..... and far more happy with my sexuality. But then I don't play with 'little' boys.
