I am on a forum that pays 3 points per post and 4 points per topic. 700 points equal 7$, which is the payout minimum. but the administration is very strict - there are rules for posting and penalties for those who do not obey the rules, and there is no sense in joining if you have no intentions to stay active, because referrers also kind of 'get punished' for having inactive referrals in their downline. Otherwise the forum is nice and informative, and has payed me already.
