Fear of Flying ?

Im really afraid of flying, i remember myfirst long flight, i always asking myself when we landed coz im very nervous. Coz i am thinking of negative things that might be happened and gosh we are flying so high and i afraid of the height.

I am really keen on traveling so it would not help me if I was scared of flying. I had my first flight from London to Athens when I was 14 years old and it was quite an exciting experience. However for ten years I suffered ear pain when the plane I was on began to descend. It was a happy moment when my friend gave me a pair of ear planes to try out. I use those on every flight and now I don't get any more pain in my ears. I think that it is worrying when a flight I am on is bumpy because of turbulence. I got on one flight and everyone was handed a newspaper. The front page was a photo and report about a concord crash! I just hope that I will arrive safely in my destination when I fly. No. I flied a lot recently and I really got used to it but I was never scared of it in a first place. I think it's even safer to fly in a plane than ride in a bus.
