Hi friends, I am on the lookout for a good software which can help me delete portions of a movie. I have tried windows movie makes and a couple of others but the end result is that the movie so created is of an inferior quality than the original. It's kinda blur and takes away the crystal clarity. Have you guys faced the same problem and is there any software which can maintain the video and audio quality even after deleting specific scenes.

You should try VirtualDub.. It's an excellent mpg/avi editor and you can keep the quality of the movie or even make it better applying filters. Other good movie editor is Vegas.. you should try them both and tell me your experiences.. hope this helps you
