Do you give the JP performing a ceremony a gift in addition to payment?

Does anyone know what the correct thing to do is? The wedding party gets gifts of course, but do you also give the JP a gift? She is charging $100, which seems to be very reasonable compared to many others we looked into. What is the correct thing to do? Help quick! The ceremony is this weekend! Thanks in advance!

In the case of my wedding, the performers were my uncle's band. I paid each of them but his performance was a gift. I didn't know them personally, so I just paid them their fee. If they'd been friends or family who performed at a discount or something I would probably have given them a gift.
