Have You Ever Though About This.....

Hi Everyone! I was wondering have you ever just sat down and thought about the first thing that you do everyday when you get up in the morning and the very last thing you do before you close your eyes and fall off to sleep. I thought that this would be so very interesting to know. Soem people have the same routine day in adn day out. That can seem a little boring in a sense, but for organize and together in a way also. So tell me what about you all?

Probably the first thing I do in the morning is go to the bathroom, but that is probably pretty common.
The thing I do before going to sleep is tell myself, "I love myself" over and over. Most of what we cannot accomplish in life is because we can't forgive ourselves and we don't love ourselves.
I think I've already figured out how to forgive myself, but still working on the loving myself. I figured because a lot of how we relate to life is by what we tell our selves like (I'm not good enough, I don't deserve it, I'm not a good person, etc.), I thought I would try to train my mind to think differently. So, there you go.

things that i do when getting up in the morning and before going to sleep is pretty the same, but things that I do in the middle of those is pretty the same as well...LOL ! Well, I need cofee first thing in the morning and before anything else, cofee makes me going all day. Before going to sleep, the last thing I do is pray. Goodluck and happy mylotting !

Well, I tried to do that, found some good ideas online, at 43things etc.
BUT *Akhem*
The one I did for a while was journal or write first thing in the morning.. For a while I also did back exercises first thing in the morning (but then usually fell asleep as I did them on the bed! Hm!)
I also did 'listen to the music to relax' before going to sleep! Guess what happened! I was up half the night writing song lyrics!! OMG! (especially if there was a full moon!)
So now I don't have a particular routine. I would like to... But still haven't found what would REALLY work for me...?!
So tell us if you find any good ones! :)
