dota items with orb efects

ya when the item does not stack it mean orb effect. Let have luna as an example when ever you use luna there would be a message showing that do not but Sny,desolater and so on for luna as it would be orb effect. If you choose to buy a maelstrom with razor than don't buy life steal or Stygian anymore as it wouldn't stack. Life steal item like offering can stack with any of the item. For razor nowadays i use to buy sny, helm of dominator and a radiance and then butterfly.I can kill and farm alot with it. Hardly i have see people buying desolater for razor anymore but u can still buy and mostly buying item depends of what hero you encounter. If you mean agility and intelligent hero desolater is worth buying as it really kill them fast with razor attack speed.If you meet a me lee hero a life steal is definitely needed. Maybe you can go to www.garena.com and download some file of how people use razor and learn from it. Hope this helps you.

No orb effects stack with eachother, however buff placers and orb effects can stack. That is why some people opt to go for Eye of Skadi and an orb effect on ranged heroes.

Basically you can onyl have one item that has an orb effect. They have no started implementing things that are called buff placers and as far as i know that only concerns skadi

Two "orb effect not stacks" stacks only none of them has a buff effect on them as you acc to you on Desolator there is buff so it will not stack with any orb effect not stack item :) Happy Mylotting and playing Dota

orb items cannot stack... BUT did you know that maelstorm and skadi stack? Sometimes you can bypass some orb effect to get the effect for example manta and satanic. This two items are orb effects BUT this two can be effective for you have lifesteal but no mana burn BUT you have the other effect of manta which can make your hero separate into three.
