Do you like your Ice Cream Hard or melting?

For me, I really like it hard and frozen just like you do, and I prefer the ice cream melting in my mouth. I personally feel, and many people have also told me, that ice cream tastes less sweet when it is in its hard frozen form compared to its melted state. As I am not a fan of really sweet stuff, hence the hard frozen state suits me better. And also like you, I find melted dripping ice cream really annoying, especially when I am enjoying my ice cream. Those drips really spoil the enjoyment and I would have to pause my ice cream enjoyment just to look for tissue paper to wipe off the mess; besides, it's also sticky. So all in all, one vote from me for hard frozen ice cream!

Hi. mercuryman3a. I like my ice cream when it is firm but soft. I like to melt it when it is very hard. I don't like to eat it while it is very hard because it will take so long for me to enjoy every bit of it.

I like my ice cream kind of melty. Not where it makes a mess or is basicly soup but soft.

Just like you I like it hard frozen.. I want it to melt in my mouth that I can feel the creaminess and flavor melting in my mouth.. Chocolate flavored ice cream is my favorite..

In a cone I like my icecream firm but in a dish I like it to be melty. I don't like it to melt on my hands either.

I love my ice cream melty, but not too melty. xD My favorite kind of Ice cream is soft serve. If it's too cold my mouth gets numb and I can't really taste it.

I like my ice cream both ways and somewhere in the middle. I just enjoy ice all together. I don't like melting ice cream if i am having a cone or something.. but the last few bites of the ice cream bowl are usually melting and i like them like that but i also like it hard and then have it melt in my mouth. i feel it makes the flavors come out more doing it that way.

I love mines, melting but it has to be like a mild firmness to it. Although, I can let it melt while I am eating it, I like to have it firm and softer..

I like hard frozen at first. then towards the end when it is melting I'll love it all the same! I just love ice cream. Since it is ice cream, most of the time it should be hard isn't it!
