Who keeps the money in marriage for budgeting purposes?

this is funny. i am the wife but i don't keep the budget. it would be a disaster if i do. what hubby and i did was to allocate our earnings. i pay for everything the house needs - grocery, maid's salary, hubby's food budget, electric bill and phone bill. hubby pays for the car, house rent, water bill and saves for the rainy day. other things i get to buy because i sell online. we trust each other. it will kill me if i have to budget because i tend to move things around.

Its have been going on like this that the wife keep the income the husband have for the budgeting purpose but nowadays we have different organization and bank that will help keep the money wife keeping budget for husband has been out dated.
