do you take in GLUTATHIONE?

I heard the product but i haven't tried. I would like to know more of the product, I heard good and bad effects of it, I overheard from the media, the percentage it should be in a particular capsule, but forget how many was it? Anyway, I guess if there is bad effect on the product, its not worth buying because I need just perfectly no side effects, whatsoever, even its just a rumor. If I wanted to be white try other remedies that will help. What about the fruit juices and the calamansi? Buy some, but better to save yourself the easy way to be white, don't go out of your home, stay behind, or go out at night, so you will not catch the sun break your skin.
