3 things i want to change about myself

i want to change my being impulsive,i want to try to control my temper and be wise in deciding about things. This are my little problem about myself if you read it, it seems easy but its not, cause i sometimes don't notice that im being like that.

It is insightful when you can analyze yourself and find those weaknesses which you need to strengthen.
I would like to be more tolerable of others' imperfections. I believe we should strive to improve on ourselves, whether it be physically, emotionally, financially or otherwise. But I've met those who don't seem to care what shape they're in and just go with the flow, not wanting to make their situations any better. And they grudginly pass judgement on those who are trying to better themselves.

Well if i had given a chance to change three things about myself, first il chose to change my attitude of telling things to others that i myself is not sure of, im fond of telling good news to people that has not happen yet, because of excitement i easily brag things to people. Second, i want to change my nature of being shy, there are times that i feel that my confidence is very low that sometimes i down myself that im already getting old that im useless well infact its just my thinking. Thirdly, i want to also change my attitude of thinking bad to other people, this is because i dont easily give my trust to new persons until i have known him or her that well. I tend to think negatively to others that they might be a bad person.

1. sleeping earlier at night. i need to stop this bad habit about staying up all night on the computer.
2. i need to stop eating junk food late at night...that is another bad habit i need to control
3. i need to go back and do my facials,skin care treatments i used to do, and more yoga and pilates that i havent done in a while.
i need to organize my schedule and do all that.

Three things I would like to change about myself would be my weight, my moodiness, and my self-confidence. Especially the self-confidence. I have lost that over the last few years (partly stemming from abusive relationship I am sure) and I am determined to get that built up again.

Try some of my tips
If you are angry .Think about water to cool down your brain, for exemple yesterday my neighbour make so angry i wanted to cut in little piece , roast him and eat him.
To suppress my anger i usual think about the joyful stuff, so i though about a light rain purifying my mind and body.
If you are sad about something you can't got or have regrets. write down your feelings ( on paper ) , get rid of it (the paper) and accept that doesn't concern you anymore
