Dreams, Do you know what yours mean???

I always have crazy dreams, but at times I feel that my dreams have meaning because they seem so real. April of this year I had a dream that included me, my boyfriend, my cousin and her boyfriend. A lot of stuff happened but the main thing was me being chased by killer whales (which im scared to death of). I happed to tell my cousin about the dream and how real it felt and she told me I was crazy.. Well a day later she told me she was pregnant. My mom said when you dream about fish it means someone close to you is pregnant. My next one was of me having a check up at the doctors and they were doing a swab of my lungs (like they would do of your throat) I know weird, but I could feel it. I actully gaged like someone was sticking something down my throat. I don't know how it ended because I woke up from the gaging. Could this be a way of my body telling me something? Have you had any kind of weird dreams like this?
