Yes,my parents did et a divorce when I was a teenager. But for me i think it is so much better for parents to get divorced when they are having problems, because the children know what is going on in the home. It is better than them fighting and arguing all of the time.

My parents are still togethere today. It was a rough few years when I was a child. My parents stayed together because they had a kid and they fought and there was a lot of tension. I was pretty sure when I moved out that their marriage would end, but they learned to depend on eachother. They are in love today. It was something I never saw comming.

Yes, my parents got divorced when I was younger. I was 10 years old when their divorce was finalized (it took 1 year, I believe). Sure it can affect the kids, I know it did for me. But in time the pain of their divorce faded away, just like any other saddening time in life.

My parents divorced when I was about 9. I think it does affect most people, and either I'm not normal or I was able to see it from a different view. I was happy when my parents got divorced because they fought all the time and they were better people when they were separated. The part that traumatized me I think is when they got back together lol. They moved back in together about 5 years later and never remarried. They stayed together until recently and then separated again, now my dad lives with me and my family and my mom lives about a mile away. It's very awkward for me.

yes my parents split when i was a little girl i was 3 or 4 i don't remember, but i do remember what i was doing where i was at in the house. i was actually eating dinner with my brother and sister when it happened.
