I eat more salt than I should! Yes, we do need it, but not nearly as much as most of us get. I've read that there's enough salt occurring naturally in most foods so that we don't have to add it. I love to snack on salty foods, though.

I think that salt is good but since I ahve high blood pressue it is something I dont indulge in it that often. Alot of processed foods we eat are high in salt naturally they dont need to add additional sal to the mix. I think alot of the salt substitutes are not that great anyway. I like to use sea salt as a replacement.

I try not to use a lot of salt but I still do. Sometimes the food just needs it. Food we eat already has a lot of salt in it before it hits our tables, but I still sprinkle more on. I should get better about it. Most of the time I try to use garlic, basil, or other spices to season the food, but a little salt brings out the flavors.

I use salt every time I cook and I also dip green mango on salt! I use fish sauce when if I run out salt sometimes but that's very rare.

I like salt very much. Without salt the food won't taste good.

i love salt. thats why i also love junk foods because of its salty taste. right now, i am trying my best to avoid them coz its really bad for our health. we might get kidney stones from them. right? just a piece of advice, try not to eat too much. or even if you do drink lots and lots of water to balance the water-salt balance in our body. *wink*
