do you like salt

when im cooking i will put a pinch of salt in somethings but i will not add it to my food afterwards nor will i let my family now my hubby will do it everynow and again but not often i have been told that you need salt but i wont use it when i use garlic i use powder instead of salt
what about you and do you really need salt

I think that salt is good but since I ahve high blood pressue it is something I dont indulge in it that often. Alot of processed foods we eat are high in salt naturally they dont need to add additional sal to the mix. I think alot of the salt substitutes
are not that great anyway. I like to use sea salt as a replacement.

I try not to use a lot of salt but I still do. Sometimes the food just needs it. Food we eat already has a lot of salt in it before it hits our tables, but I still sprinkle more on. I should get better about it. Most of the time I try to use garlic, basil, or other spices to season the food, but a little salt brings out the flavors.

i love salt. thats why i also love junk foods because of its salty taste. right now, i am trying my best to avoid them coz its really bad for our health. we might get kidney stones from them. right?
just a piece of advice, try not to eat too much. or even if you do drink lots and lots of water to balance the water-salt balance in our body. *wink*

i always add salt to everything i cook pretty much while its cooking, but not a whole lot,afterwards we use season all mainly my husband he loves that stuff and my daughter is starting to ,she don't want to eat without it i try to tell herits bad for her but that don't always work.now if i use garlic i won't use salt we are mainly about pepper.
