Can I change my self image?

What I mean is if I can reprogram my self, my personality. I read in a book that our self image can be changed? Can you help me?

Sorry I can't help, but I am looking to do the same thing. Your self image can be changed and I just found that out today. They say that the picture you have of yourself in your head is more powerful than the things you say to yourself (self talk) to try to change. It was from a hypnosis CD. Have you found a way to reprogram yet?
