Dollar was Increasing very high

Hello frined today dollar was increasted to very high. 1 dollar is 46 INR it was very high i never see it if we get our payouts in all ptc and my lot we will receive high amount from the paypal because dollar was increased very high is it true. share your ideas here about dollar increasing.

it is nice to feeling for those earning in USDs now. but then it is a fluctuating market and you are lucky on the day you transfer to your bank it is at 46 or above. so watch out for exchange rates before transferring it to one's bank account. that is more important than when you are receiving from mylot or others. because in paypal it remains in USD.
as you are aware, US has a financial sector crisis and this could weaken the USD occasionally and drive the rupee lower. the currency market is a volatile one. so one has to take that into account and transfer accordingly the funds from paypal to bank account.
