Do you get paid for uploading videos?

Hi friends,
Some one told me that he earned money by uploading videos to youtube and watching them reguarly. I visited the website but I couldnt see any such thing!
Does anyone of you know about this?

You should try www.metacafe.com . They give money when others watch your upload video.
