Hi, all my friends.
This past few months, I realize that everything is become expensive. The price of daily needs increase highly. From egg, bread, meat and rice (in my place) are expensice now. I can't imagine if the price is going up again, maybe I must twice a day not third a days again.
This increment is not only happen in my country but all country in this world. So I just can hope that the price is not going up again. Because with my recent salary, buying daily needs is become hard and I must pay for electric and water that I use. Beside that my pulse for my phone.
Do you feel that this few month and until now everything is going up?
Thank's for the time to read and respond my discussion.

Yeah, indeed, everything in the world is increasing in prices right now, and take for example, in zimbabwe, everything has influctuated so much that, even a loaf of bread costs millions in their own currency, and that a million there right now, is considered as nothing, and even hawkers are richer than the millionaires there.. SO, just as we think we are bad even, also remember there are others in much worse state than us.. ANd right now also happens to be the time whereby we are facing ecomonice crisis too..

Hi Winz, you're right...the prices are simply moving up. It started with the fuel prices, and then water and electricity. This in turn affected almost everything - food, transportation, and even entertainment.
This did not affect our salaries for most of us; however there were some employers who pay an additional Cost of Living Allowance (USD 100+) to help out their staff.
Well, we have to manage our budgets. For me, we have less meals outside, thus reducing costs of meals and travelling out. Less clubbing, shopping - anything that is not essential!

Hi winzpc,
Yes everywhere the cost of living is going up all the time, I don't know why the goverment do something about this, at least give us a pay raise in our salery so we can survive, only the well off and the rich are alright.

if your living here in the philippines you'll definitely feel the price hikes of just about everything.... oil price hikes, water bill, electric bill, fare and even basic needs like food, clothing and shelter. Everything is going up except for the salary even taxes are goin up and not to mention the value added tax on every product there is in the market here.

it's quite frankly getting out of hand !
the things which are NOT luxuries: food, water, a place to live.
it's almost always beyond my grasp.
i am fortunate that i have a home. that i can clip coupons and
shop in a thrifty fashion.
i'm becoming frightened. i don't like to be like that.
i try to remain positive thinking.

Hi mommosam, I know your photo from somewhere, we have certainly been on the same site somewhere. To comment to your response. It is very difficult when you have basics that must be met before you can even think about buying really ordinary stuff like coffee, toilet paper and milk. I think I know how you feel

yes, commodities are becoming so expensive lately, i myself is having a hard time on adjusting the budget because the prices are flactuating. rice, meat products, canned goods, milk, gasoline etc are becoming so expensive. i can't imagine how the below average people survive for their daily food. i have two kids and i find it hard to cope up with the kind of financial problems we're dealing nowadays. i want to give the best for my children so i have to sacrifice my own interests and even my needs sometimes.

I agree things are getting more and more expensive and jobs and income is coming more and more hard to find. I will be out of job by the end of the year and surviving this is scary. I am going to put God first. I pray that he will provide for me. After you get a certain age it is hard to find employment.

I can feel the high prices of commodities today, As a working mother with a two years old and four months old babies, It is very difficult to make ends meet. My husband and I,is very keen and particular on budgetting our resources. As much as possible, we try to save in every aspect in our daily needs and consumption.. This is really very scarry, I always think of the future for my kids, my GOD! if the prices are up now, what will happen in the future.. Have a great day!

Hello winzpc. It is the same here in my country, China, that everything is on the rise. I am getting worried for the increase in price on the daily necessities. I hope and pray that everything will go back to our previous time when everything was cheap.

ya Inflation is seen all around the world.this is because of the imbalance in the markets and oil prices and also poor governance.so all the impact is felt only by the middle class people..the rich dont suffer of these issues.so try to cut down your luxury spendings if you have any..and spend wisely...

generally speaking,i have to say the price of daily things going up is a tendency nowadays, but the salary is also rising, maybe the range relatively not very satisfying,so we complain or something ,which can't solve anything, maybe work harder or do something else, whatever, just keep smiling to face life.no matter what happens , we just face difficulties with a positive mind.in this way maybe we can avoid a lot of roads unnecessary.

I agree with you. Recently I've been taking public transport to nearby places instead of driving my car. The price of fuel has gone up AGAIN and it's rising very quickly. I now can hardly cope with my recent salary. Thanks to myLot, it's like a bonus for me, so I will at least have some savings at the end of the month.
For the eggs, meat and rice rising prices, I'm not so sure. In my place, there are many supermarkets which sell them at a low cost, so I would go there and buy them.
Before buying something, I would stop and re-consider if I really need this item. I make sure my children do the same too.
Happy myLotting!
