do you have a favorite item in your closet?

do you have a favorite item in your closet? or dresser? or jewelry box? Something that you just have to wear all the time? When I was in high school I had this hoodie that I couldnt part with... by the time i was out of school it was so mangled that I had to get rid of it. I wore it through every season (regardless of how warm it was outside) Now I think I dont need anything like that - I am still stuck on wearing a certain hoodie throughout the winter time but not throughout my whole life. I wouldnt ever take that thing off when I was in school or awake for that matter (unless I was washing it) So do you have something you just HAVE TO wear all the time?

I have a pair of very comfortable sandals which I have had for years. They are so old and worn that I can't wear them out any more but I always wear them around the house. It is a bit embarrassing when somebody calls to the door as I am afraid they might look down at my feet and see the worn sandals. I will keep wearing them until they fall apart but that won't be for many years.

Not an item that I wear all the time. But I have my wedding dress hanging in my closet. In protective plastic of course. But when I look at it, the dress reminds me what a wonderful day that was. It is nice to be connected to a memory that way.

I have a tie in my closet that I like a lot, it was one from my highschool years and is still in good condition. It hasn't lost it place in the fashion world quite yet so I am still able to wear these days. I like it since it was the first I purchased own my won and probably will pass it down to my son as long as it continues to elude the fashion police.

i have a necklace and a braclet that i never take off i feel naked without it. i always play with my necklace if i'm uncomfortable somewhere feeling out of place or shy and my braclet its just one of the rubber ones with my name my husband gave it to me along with my necklace so it means a lot
