Do you answer a thread which has been already given best response award?

I don't even notice a best response unless I get a notice that someone picked mine as BR. I answer where I think I have something to add to the discussion, especially if it's something that no one else has brought in yet. I also find myself answering "no response" discussions whenever I'm bored because I really hate it when I post something that gets no response.

Yes I still answer the post. I am really not interested in the best response. I post on mylot for the fun and I will admit for the money too. If a post interest me than I will respond to it no matter how many responses it has or if a BR has already been chosen.

Like you, I just answer whatever is interesting to me. I think some of those old discussions you have answered have been mine. I look for things to which I can give a solid, reliable reply, and a quality answer. Some people award Best Response automatically to the first person who answers, and some do it within the first hour or day. I am sure that it is not always the very best answer possible, but it might answer their question. I have some old discussions I need to resolve, that have been around for maybe a month or more. I had better get busy and do that.

If a thread is of interest to me, I answer it. I don't answer them just hoping to get best response, I answer them hoping to give some insite to the person starting the discussion. I never check to see if best response has been given out or not.

yeah i have many replied who has already BR coz sometimes i just did not know.sometimes if i have something to write thats the time i dont care if there is marked Br already.

Yes,if I like a discussion and I feel I can contribute to it, then I will give a response regardless of whether or not a best response has been given. I have noticed that some people give a best response just hours after a thread has been posted but that doesn't bother me. I am here to read and respond and that's what I am doing.

Yes I do, I don't care much if the discussion owner already picked a best response. When the topic interest me, I make sure to leave a comment on that thread. I believe there is no rule here not to comment on post with best response. :) have a great day friend!

If the discussion interests me and I feel that I can add to it, I will respond whether or not a best response has already been given. I enjoy the discussions more than I worry about best responses.

yes we all have different opinion here so for you to answer i would think its ok today iam answering no responses question and ask some is wild here but i try to understand what they are trying to say because i know they want responses to there question it can make you depressed if you try your best and you still don,t get responses but i say don,t give up where there is a will there is a way have a bless day.

Sure, it happens to me quite often. I don't care whether the best response is marked or not. As long as I find the discussion is interesting or I can share my views. Then I will just respond to it. I love China

Actually, I don't even look if the best response has been awarded. The opportunity to earn and share is always there so I don't really give attention to whether the poster has already awarded the BR. You will be rewarded anyway if you do regardless of whether the best response has already been already awarded or not. What is important is to give your best to every response unmindful of whether you will get best response award or not. There is always a reward to a quality response even if you did not get the BR.

im usually always answering from the notify emails i get so i dont see before hand but i dont care anyways.. and yeah i have answered post that have been a year old lol

oh yes, i'm guilty of answering old posts, because they come up under my interest tab. but, i usually just respond to the initial post first. then i may find a BR given. no matter. if it interests me and i think i can give a good post, i will.

The fact that a discussion has already had a best response awarded makes absolutely no difference to me whatsoever, if I like the discussion, find it interesting then I will respond, best response or not! It never stops me and I don't see why it should stop others to be truthful. The good thing about responding to discussions which are older than one month is that you know they are far less likely to be deleted! Because they have already been scrutinized and passed by the HQ! I hate responding to discussions and losing out because they have been deleted for some reason!

Posting earns me some money even if I can't get the best response anymore, so if I see a discussion that interests me, I reply regardless of the best response being granted or not.

Yes I respond to all discussions that attract my interests or I feel I can offer a response . It is always nice to earn a best response but that is not the reason I respond to discussions because only one person is going to be picked anyway :) Like you I have seen myself answer a discussion that was inactive for a couple of years .

I am not on mylot to get best responses,I will admit that I am on here to make money because me and my fiance do not have a job right now,and have to make money somehow, if I see a discussion already has a best response given and the discussion interests me or I feel I have a lot to say when it comes to the discussion then I will still respond because I like responding to discussions and it is a good way to relate experiences and find out new interesting things.

Yes i often don't pay any attention because i'm to busy trying to get down what i want to say i just see a topic or recieve one via email and repond. i usually read the responses on my page (as in the page that shows my response), if i have time i'll read the best responce ever the whole thing. It all depends on my interest on the subject and the time i have, i'm usually surprised when i get a best response because thats not why i'm here so i forget all about it.
