reached my payout and now what

well i finally reached my payout and I'm very happy. i want to thank all my friends that i have made here for all the help, without you i don't i could have done it.
so now that i reach my pay out its time to make my second one. so when do we get paid anyways and do they just pay you the pay out or the amount that you have after.
