Fax Calls suposedly from (514) 958-0000

Is it just me or is everyone getting FAX calls supposedly from (514) 958-0000??? I get fed up with them and added the next to useless Call Block to that number. Call Block is plan of my service. Why do I say that Call Block is next to useless? Well, Call Block ignores the NPA and WILL allow PRIVATE, PRIVATE NAME, PRIVATE NUMBER, BLOCKED, NO DATA calls through. So I didn't have any FAX calls for a couple days and then I got them again. They started blocking their number as PRIVATE and get through Call Block anyways. I get between 4-6 of these calls a month every month since BEFORE the phone number was activated. How do I know that? The exact day and time the number was activated there was already a call from the supposed(514)958-0000 number. So the question is what have you here on MyLot done to STOP these calls, permanently??? If I hook a FAX machine to the line I am guaranteed an endless stream of useless FAX's by verifying that there is a physical FAX machine at my location.
